Gene Gage speaks about starting the Tiny Farms Group. He loves the opportunity this group gives its farmers to grow new and interesting things in a way you couldn’t do without them.

We share the work, we buy stuff together, we share tools and we share responsibilities.
“Along the way I’ve put together this little volunteer group called “Tiny Farms Group”. We didn’t get a grant to do it, we don’t get any real benefits, we share the work, we buy stuff together, we share tools and we share responsibilities for making sure that the orders are delivered. It was at that point that I realized that by giving up who’s going to grow what, I could grow some really fantastic things. I am almost sure that there is no one in Nebraska that grows anywhere close to sixty four varieties of tomatoes. It sounds insane, but I’m learning at the same time, John is learning at the same time and his staff is learning at the same time.”

Come in today to try the amazing and fresh produce we get from the Tiny Farms group. We will give you the great dining experience and incredible food that you can’t experience anywhere else in Lincoln, NE.
