Plymouth Sloe Gin made in the traditional manner by macerating sloes, a sort of wild plum that is breathtakingly astringent, in gin and then sweetening the mix, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, Blackberry Puree and 1/2 oz of lemon muddled together make this delicious winter drink.
